Does payment method affect shipping times?
Yes.
We ship most orders the next business day, however, if your payment has not cleared, it will not be shipped until it does. We do not ship any order without payment.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes.
We have been in business for nearly 20 years and have clients in a host of various countries. We charge a flat shipping fee of $17.95, and ship everything boxed no matter where it is headed. Please note that USPS has raised prices since the virus began, and is something we have no control over. Shipping does not include insurance which we strongly suggest you add on to your order.
Does your Shipping (including Free Shipping) include insurance?
No.
With the current Coronavirus affecting the mail, we highly recommend you select our added insurance option at checkout which is relatively inexpensive. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any order once it leaves our hands. We are only able to help you regain your purchase funds in such cases if you opted to purchase insurance.
There is $50 of coverage included if you select Small Flat Rate Priority shipping, If you need any help determining the best shipping option for your order, please feel free to contact us.
Can I combine Special offers on my order?
No.
Sorry, because we try to keep our prices below current value, we can only honor one special per order.
We do offer Free shipping on orders over $35 whenever a Sale is not running, If we are running a storewide sale and your total purchase is over $35, please be sure to select the appropriate shipping cost so there are no delays in your shipping.
What is the condition of your inventory?
Used
We sell both antique and vintage earrings, which means in most cases they have been previously worn and loved. You can expect age related patina and wear which we try to show in our photos. In general we do not sell anything that has noted damage unless it is minor and does not affect the look of the item. We note any such issues in the individual listing.
We leave all cleaning to the new owner.
